Equipment -free fitness programme that will help you to feel more mobile, and more energetic. you can follow this trigger point release programme, at home. You don't need to leave your home for a pain free body, whilst working out at home.
Whether you go to the gym daily, or only workout a few times a month, muscle spasms and trigger points can still create issues in the body. You may even find that the paid starts in one place, and the travels around the body over the course of days or weeks. We can treat this pain with medication but I believe we should also focus on reducing the instances of these spasms occurring.
Maybe it is pain that you are tired of treating with medications, and the medications may not be helping any more, or perhaps it's side-effects have created their own problems.
The pain will get worse if you do not do something about it.
