Arrive as "yourself"... dance like nobody's watching (because they won't be watching!) to fantastic Zumba® Latino rhythms and music from all around the world. Then, leave... laughing, glowing, re-charged and fully aware of the fact that... YOU... YES, YOU are "ALL THAT"!

Everyone is welcome at my fun, friendly and inclusive Zumba® sessions - regardless of your current fitness level / dance ability, your age (16 - 70s already attending), or gender.

Do you fancy dancing to Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Merengue, Bhangra, Cha-Cha-Chá, Hip-hop, Flamenco, Belly Dancing, Charleston, Dub Step, Pop, Drum 'n' Bass? Yes? Well, you've come to the right place then! The playlist and choreography are constantly evolving, keeping sessions fresh and exhilarating for you.

Come and dance your troubles away, get really fit, toned and happy with us! This is ZUMBA® and, therefore, it's exercise in disguise as a dance party, oh yes! Improve your fitness level, self-esteem, confidence, mental health and, of course... your hot dance moves! A full, safe and effective warm-up and cool-down / stretch are included in all sessions. You are free to work at your own current level of fitness and dance ability. Clear instructions (mostly visual) are given throughout sessions, making it easy for you to follow and join in - even if you are new to Zumba®.

You may become addicted to this wonderful, joyful and effective way of exercising - just as 15 million other people, all around the world, have already done! I'm looking forward to (virtually) seeing you on the dance floor for some Zumba® Fitness with us... Exercise in disguise is what we do, so please come along and join in the fun.
